I am a qualified and insured dog groomer. I will be working on a one to one basis with your dog employing a calm and gentle approach. Your dog will be in a clean, secure, safe and stress free environment whilst in my care. When booking an appointment please allow me to have your dog for 2 hours, prompt arrival and return is very much appreciated in order that i am prepared for my next appointment. When booking please be clear regarding your pets coat condition as occasionally matting may require additional work time.

Cancellation Notification

I run a small business and rely upon attendance as agreed for my income. Whilst I am aware that life can mean occasionally clients can't make their agreed appointments I must insist that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given in order for me to find a client who is able to attend at short notice. Should c ancellations occur inside the 24 hours prior to the agreed appointment I may ask for a charge of 50% of the grooming fee if I cannot fill the vacant grooming slot.
